This is a summary of our payment and service policies, designed to provide clarity on how we handle accounts. We offer a 7-day grace period from the invoice due date to ensure you have time to process payment. After this period, any unpaid balance will be subject to a $35 late fee and the account will be placed on temporary service hold. We will be unable to proceed with any new work until the outstanding balance is resolved. For balances that exceed 30 days past due, any equipment being stored at our facility that is awaiting repair, is subject to a $10 storage fee per unit per month. This accounts for the valuable warehouse space your equipment occupies.
Our pickup and delivery fees are based on the number of units and distance. We offer free pickup for 20 or more units with a valid RA, regardless of the distance. For pick-ups with fewer than 20 units, the cost is $0.65 per mile for locations under 70 miles away. For distances between 70 and 99 miles, the maximum fee is $45 for fewer than 10 units, or $25 for 10-19 units. For locations over 100 miles, the fee is $45 for any quantity under 20. A valid Return Authorization (RA) is crucial, as there is no charge for it and only the quantity/distance calculation applies. If there is no RA, a $45 processing fee will be added. Lastly, return delivery is always free, no matter the quantity or distance.
